Shanghai Tunghsing supplies a range of SMC compression molding parts for both automotive and truck industry.  The application for body parts range from front panels, bumper systems, air deflectors, step, fender, roof spoiler and side spoilers.  In addition, SMC parts can be used as engine parts (i.e. valve covers) to reduce the noise and weight achieving better fuel economy.

 

We have 5 compression molding presses ranging from 500T, 800T, 1500T, 1800T and 2000T to provide our customer a wide and integrated range of product options.  We also have excellent in-house SMC compound technology to ensure our compression line having the best, just in time SMC raw material.  Supplying SMC compound dramatically increases our production flexibility, quality assurance and most importantly price competitiveness.
